course experience and what to expect each day.
What time does the course - certification start/end?
Course schedules vary and start as early as 8:00 a.m. on the first day and end as late as 7:00 p.m. on the final day. You will receive a confirmation email, which will note the specific start and end times of your scheduled course.
In what language(s) are South Asian Wedding Institute courses delivered?
English and Spanish.
What do I need to bring to the course - certification each day?
Each course includes experiences therefore we recommend to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The material that you will use will be provided by South Asian Wedding Institute.
What is the recommended dress for a SAWI course or certification?
Recommended dress is casual style, such as jeans, khakis, polo-style shirts (and sundresses for women). We would also recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket as our course includes time spent in both conference rooms and outside in the local climate.
What meals are included during my course?
During our multi-day courses, should your course begin with a morning session, coffee break will be included. In addition lunch will be served during each day of the multi-day course.
What if I arrive late or miss part of my course?
It´s important that you assist to the total hours of the course or certification in order to get your diploma.
Is photography and video permitted during the course?
Only photography is permitted. Video is strictly prohibited.
Is smoking allowed?
Not in the conference rooms and indoor areas.

The course binders and other materials provided during the course are for the use of the attendee only and may not be copied nor re-produced for commercial or other use.
When do I get my Certification or course diploma?
The last day of your certification you will take the exam and we will give you the diploma at the gala dinner (diploma is only given to the participants that accredited the test).
